Librarian
An exclusive school in Makati City is looking for a qualified Librarian.
A graduate of Library and Information Science or a Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Education, major in Library Science from any reputable school with PRC license.
Applicants must have good communication skills, reasoning abilities and computer literate.
Familiarity with the Athena software is prepared but not a must.
Must be organized with good relational skills and service oriented.

Duties:
Records all library collections and acquisitions, conducts annual inventory of books, materials and equipment, ensures that all records are updated.
Strictly implements library policies and rules properly.
Prepares and distributes fine lists for overdue, damaged and lost books.
Maintains a daily circulation record and loans library materials to students and teachers.
Prepares statistical records for submission and report.
